    cup frozen DOLE® Organic Whole Strawberries

    cup fresh watermelon chunks

  • 1

    tablespoon whole chia seeds

  • 4

    teaspoons fresh mint leaves

  • 1

    teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1

    cup apple juice

Method

    Combine strawberries, watermelon, chia seeds, mint, lemon juice, and apple juice in a blender.  Cover; blend until smooth.
