You will need

1 can 46oz Canned Pineapple Juice

2 cinnamon sticks

1 teaspoon ground cloves

1-inch fresh ginger, peeled and sliced

2 cups dark or gold rum
Method

1 Add juice, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger to a large pot over medium high heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer. Cook for 10 min.

2 Strain juice and chill 3 hours. Add rum.

3 Serve over ice.
