cup butter or margarine, melted

cups shredded cheddar cheese

buttery crackers crushed
Method

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.

Drain pineapple; reserve 1/4 cup juice. Stir together reserved juice, sugar, flour and butter, in medium bowl. Stir in pineapple tidbits and cheese, until blended. Spoon into casserole dish.

Bake 20 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 300°F.

Sprinkle crushed crackers over casserole. Continue baking 20 minutes or until heated through.
